Lonsdor K518 Pro Volvo S60 AKL OBD Takes Few Hours?

Question:

I saw someone read the data by Lonsdor K518 Pro via OBD on V40 (he had working key but read it when the key was out of the slot)

Yesterday tried on Volvo s60 AKL there is option by OBD but must wait few hours like on other tools.

the menu on V40 is different than S60 so maybe not all models are supported by OBD?

Here is the clue:

V40 is unique in that it allows near instant password reading, all other models require hours(1-6 for slot, 12-16 for keyless) for the brute force attack.

If you want a fast solution pull CEM and/or KVM if equipped and read both for the password(s). Personally I offer the customer two solutions, keys right now at a higher cost, or I put the dongle in the car and come back tomorrow at a lower cost.
